Eydon Fields
Eydon Fields is a contemplative series rooted in a fleeting but formative chapter of my life. Created during a temporary stay after a difficult breakup, the works draw from the quiet, everyday views outside my kitchen and bedroom windows.
The surrounding landscape became both subject and refuge — a place of long walks and gradual healing. Central to the series is a telegraph pole that once stood in the garden, a form I have long been drawn to for its stark geometry and quiet presence. Though it was later removed, I was able to capture it before it disappeared.
These images reflect more than scenery; they hold a sense of transition — solitude, reflection, and renewal. Eydon Fields is both a record of place and an emotional landscape shaped by stillness and recovery.
